Back to the house, the child friendly yard has sandboxes, and swings, along with some toys in the cute shed which also houses charcoal grills, lawn and beach chairs. The yard is great for volley ball, badmitten, whiffle ball games and all outdoor games. The southern exposure invites you to sunbathe all day long, without going to the beach. An outdoor shower (hot and cold water), clothesline, and deck complete the outside which is surrounded by fences on three sides.
A door from the living room provides the egress to the back of the house which has four bedrooms and one bath with a shower. Bedroom one has two twin beds; bedroom two has two twin beds; bedroom three has one twin bed and bedroom four has a double bed. There is a cable t.v. and a vcr in bedroom two. There is a telephone in the master bedroom, and also in the front of the house. Please understand the telephones are for incoming calls. Please use your cell phone or calling cards. Almost all calls are toll calls.
Any problems with the house whatsoever, you may reach me at my home telephone (978-369-4377) and I will contact a plumber, electrician, etc. They will not come to the house unless owner calls. If it is an emergency and you can not reach me, call this cell phone number (978-618-5858)
The Cape offers many things for your entertainment and for kids. Within walking distance from the house are two restaurants. Both on school Street. One serves breakfast only (delicious!) and the other one (Paradise Pizza) serves lunch and dinner, and you may take-out the food. There is a great seafood place nearby on Fiske Street (Marathon Seafood), they also have take-out, and they serve much more than seafood.  There is also a small market on School Street that stocks many things, and offers take-outs such as home-made clam chowder.
In the top drawer of the chest in the living room are brochures of just about everything. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is great for biking! The go-carts, the aquarium, Krista Kays ice cream, and the Christmas Tree Shop are close by. Pick up free Cape Cod guides at any restaurant or store and you will find what appeals to you and yours along with maps, directions, churches etc.  The best is to watch the sunset at the beach-unforgettable!
Head over to Chapin Beach in Dennis at low tide some day and walk the flats, it's a great experience.
